General Description and Essential Functions: As a Customer Service Representative of Retail Delivery for Dacotah Bank, while ensuring that applicable regulations, disclosures, policies, and procedures are followed, you will:
Manage retail transactions
Provide deposit products and services
Provide access to other products and services
Complete follow-up procedures with customers
Participate in customer relation review with your supervisor
